The Beaurain Guest Rooms consists of 6 selfcontained ensuite double rooms. This accommodation is situated accross from our Poortjie Venue and ideal for couples.
- A block booking for all rooms for the day of the event is mandatory
- All accommodation is available at a set price per room PER NIGHT
- All accommodation must be managed by the bridal party and paid to BEAURAIN, 2 weeks before the wedding
- The bridal party is responsible for collecting all payments from their guests for the accommodation, and a once-off payment must be made to BEAURAIN
- Please do not give BEAURAIN’s bank account details to your guests
- Please ensure you do not put more people per room as specified in room capacity
- Check-in time is 12:00 and check-out is 14:00 Sunday
